Each audit starts from a keen understanding of your context. We take the time to understand your product vision or business strategy and link a customized analysis to it. Our methodology consists of five phases, each tailored to your needs:
- Intake
We map your organizational context, challenges and goals. We determine the scope and formulate together the key questions the audit must answer.
- Assessment
We map the current situation through interviews, documentation analysis and technical inspection. We examine your infrastructure, data structure, software stack, team, processes and documentation. The result: a clear overview of the risks you are currently running, the opportunities you are missing, and concrete recommendations for action.
- Validation
We put our findings next to your strategic goals and test our assumptions together with your team. Are they correct? Are we missing any context? Where necessary, we go deeper, so that the recommendations are not only substantiated, but also supported.
- Debrief
You will receive a clear and structured report with insights, risks and a recommendation plan. The findings are presented to internal and external stakeholders.

What does the current landscape of applications, data, and infrastructure look like? What tech stacks are being used, and in what manner? To what extent are they scalable and how is quality maintained? What integrations and external dependencies exist? How about security and, where relevant, compliance?

We explore the structure and dynamics among the involved teams and assess the extent to which shared core values are present - and how they are conveyed. Is there a clear division of roles, and are responsibilities sharply defined? What management and communication styles are employed, and are they effective?
Processes & documentation
These teams operate according to explicitly or implicitly defined processes. Which processes impact the determination and execution of the tech vision, and how well are they documented and communicated? How accessible, qualitative, and up-to-date is this (and product) documentation?
