1. Objective and scope:

For Unikoo, AI is a strategic building block for making our services smarter, more consistent, and higher quality. This charter sets out how we use AI in collaboration with customers and partners. It describes our principles and the guarantees we offer in terms of confidentiality, ethics, and quality.

The Unikoo AI Platform is the central gateway for this. In this secure, curated environment, our teams use AI in a consistent and controlled manner. In addition, we work with internally validated AI tools that meet our safety and quality standards. In this way, we combine efficiency with the care and transparency that customers expect from us.

2. Principles:

Human responsibility: AI enhances our expertise, but does not take over. Our people always remain ultimately responsible for the decisions, analyses, and results we deliver.

Targeted and transparent use: We only use AI where it creates tangible added value. Customers gain clear insight into how and why we use AI within their project.

Ethical and reliable: We consciously choose AI applications that are reliable and carefully applied. We avoid unwanted bias and ensure that decisions are never made solely on the basis of AI.

3. Confidentiality and data protection:

Control over data: Customer data remains the property of the customer at all times. We use it exclusively within the context of the cooperation agreement.

Structured and secure processing: AI is only used within controlled, secure environments. On the one hand, via the Unikoo AI Platform, our curated environment for secure and consistent interaction with AI models. On the other hand, via internally validated tools that meet our security and confidentiality standards. Customer data is never shared with public AI models or external parties without explicit consent.

Legal compliance: Our use of AI is in line with the best practices of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. Operation and cooperation:
