However, that success comes with new challenges, especially when it comes to software development and improving the customer experience — a piece of cake from Unikoo's development team, which provided Payflip's then four-person development team with the necessary support.   • Intercom integration: This flawless integration with a leading support tool has enabled the support team to develop interactive product tours that guide users through the application with detailed step-by-step explanations.
  • Bug fixes and ongoing support: our team worked actively to fix bugs and implement fixes to ensure platform stability and expand the CMS where necessary.
