Kasteel Viteux is a refined 19th-century estate on the edge of Ghent, steeped in history and surrounded by greenery. Once a charming countryside retreat, it gradually evolved into a castle with true grandeur. Today, under the motto “le beau monde, c’est pour tout le monde”, Kasteel & Café Viteux opens a new chapter as an elegant venue for private and business events, always in true Viteux style: warm, welcoming and refreshingly unpretentious.
From heritage to event venue
With its rich history and timeless elegance, the Viteux estate was ready to reinvent itself. The vision? To become the go-to venue for business events with character. Not your typical banquet hall, but a place of charm and flair where authenticity meets French-style élégance.
The ambition was clear, the story was unfolding, but there was one major challenge: there was nothing to show. The castle was still under renovation. No photoshoots. No events. No visual assets. Just scaffolding and a bold idea. And what do you do when your venue isn’t finished, and you have zero images to show? Right, you get creative. Or in our case: you let AI do the magic. ✨
Together with the marketing strategists at Valued, Viteux embraced the challenge head-on. The key question: how do you build a convincing brand and online presence before the venue even exists? The answer: clear vision, smart technology, and a bold creative strategy, even long before the first guest ever arrives.
From vision to visual identity
We started with a deep strategic exercise to define what makes Viteux truly unique. What resonates with business clients? How do you turn heritage into a brand that feels sophisticated yet accessible?
Together, we laid the foundation for a strong brand position, where classic charm and contemporary hospitality go hand in hand. A venue that exudes style, without the stiffness. This identity was then translated into a refined visual style and tone of voice with a subtle French twist: warm, elegant and detail-driven.


Two seasons, one story
Alongside the branding for Kasteel Viteux, we also created the identity and website for Café Viteux, the seasonal pop-up concept that brings the Viteux experience to life in both summer and winter. Each season has its own mood and colour palette: light, fresh and Mediterranean in summer; warm, cosy and intimate in winter.
Although the two concepts each have their own personality, they remain unmistakably part of the Viteux family. One story, told through two seasonal lenses. Toujours Viteux.

AI as visual storyteller
With no real-life imagery to work with, we turned to AI to bring the estate to life visually. Through carefully crafted prompts, we created atmospheric images, digital renders and styled impressions that captured the spirit of Viteux, without a single photoshoot.
These AI visuals became the foundation for the website and other forms of communication. A signature look and feel that stuck with people long before they even visited the venue.
The website was designed with the (B2B) visitor in mind: clear, convincing and easy to navigate. It immediately conveys what Viteux stands for. That same foundation was used to build the Café Viteux website, a seamless mix of compelling storytelling, strong visual content and clear calls to action, ensuring instant connection with the target audience.
A confident launch, ahead of the curve
The new brand and websites launched before the estate was officially unveiled, and the results spoke for themselves.
- Bold visual identity: the AI-driven look gave Viteux an elegant, ownable aesthetic that stood out and generated instant buzz among clients and partners.
- Strong B2B positioning: with a clear story and polished presence, the brand immediately resonated with the right audience. Bookings for both summer and winter rolled in quickly.
