Winwinner is a Belgian crowdlending platform that brings together entrepreneurs and investors. Since its founding in 2016, the team has raised over €55 million for around 400 companies. Their mission? Helping businesses grow through financing that yields more than a traditional savings account.

From start-up to established name

Winwinner achieved great success, but its brand identity lagged behind reality. The company had outgrown its start-up image, yet the existing branding (from logo to website) no longer aligned with its identity or ambitions. A more professional look was needed, one that conveys trust and expertise.

A strategic rebranding

Together with the experts at Valued powered by Unikoo, Winwinner set out to develop a brand that better reflects who they are today and where they’re headed.

1. Think first, then act

The process started with thorough research: interviews with investors and entrepreneurs, and a deep competitive analysis. The conclusion? Trust was more important than innovation. The new branding had to be clear and reliable, without unnecessary frills.

2. A strong and recognisable brand

Winwinner received a renewed brand identity, focused on both recognizability and trust. A new Brand Guide and Message Guide provided a fresh look, without losing the brand’s approachable character. Not only were the logo, colors, and fonts updated, but the messaging was also refined. The big change? The focus shifted from cold numbers to real stories and visuals that highlight the human side of investing.

3. Strengthening online presence

The rebranding not only created a more professional look, it also ensured consistent messaging across all channels. New landing pages and marketing materials now target the right audiences. Additionally, clear guides on crowdlending improved both SEO performance and investor confidence.

4. A high-performing platform

The investment platform also got a major overhaul. Thanks to a clearer design and an intuitive user experience, investors and entrepreneurs can now navigate it more easily. The new interface was implemented in collaboration with the development team. The result? A smoother experience and higher conversion rates across all channels.

Win-win: higher returns, less waste

Winwinner’s rebranding went beyond a visual update. It was a well-thought-out strategy that established them as the reference in the crowdlending market.

The strategic rebranding quickly paid off: not only were there 43% more qualified leads, but fundraising also became significantly more efficient. With 18% fewer projects, 29% more capital was raised. A clear sign that efficiency and profitability can go hand in hand. The revamped website and refined brand message resonated with a broader investor audience. The optimised investment platform led to a 31% increase in investor sign-ups, achieved with a significantly smaller marketing budget.

What’s next? Structural support for sustainable growth

The completion of the branding project by Valued wasn’t the end of the collaboration. Quite the opposite: it marked the beginning of ongoing marketing support focused on growth. While Winwinner’s internal team handles day-to-day marketing communication, Unikoo provides interim marketing management. A strategic workshop helped define priorities and laid the foundation for a data-driven approach. From there, we started analyzing data and setting up targeted actions, aligned with the new brand strategy.
