Roadmapping Session
A strong start is half the battle. In our roadmapping session, we lay the foundation for a successful marketing strategy. During a two-hour kick-off session, we delve deeply into the core of your business. We discuss your organization's goals, key target audience, relevant competition, and future vision to form a complete and accurate picture of your organization.

Analysis of the Input
Thorough research leads to deep insights. We enrich the qualitative information and learnings from the kick-off session with quantitative data. We analyze the results of previous marketing campaigns and conduct further analyses using relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hotjar, and Semrush. We identify areas for improvement and validate what works well already.

Developing a Well-Founded Marketing Plan
Vision becomes reality with a clear plan. The collected input and analyses are consolidated into a concrete action plan that considers both online and offline marketing channels and strategies. We focus on the objectives of the marketing approach (e.g., awareness, consideration, ...) and identify which actions from the marketing funnel we can implement to achieve these goals and guide prospects through the purchase process.
