Nodis Consulting operates with a distinctive company structure. It is a self-managing organisation where employees take ownership of their work, decisions and results, without traditional hierarchical management layers. The Nodis team members, or 'Nodians', work in autonomous teams or clusters. Think recruitment, marketing, knowledge, business development… And for HR & Office operations? That's where Unikoo comes in. We support the team in the day-to-day organisation and coordination of office processes.
Streamlined administration
Unikoo handles the general business administration for Nodis Consulting:
- We process all incoming and outgoing mail correspondence via Nodis' operations email address and ensure proper follow-up for every stakeholder request.
- We manage all contracts and quotes between Nodis Consulting and its clients and suppliers.
- We take care of financial administration: from processing and checking incoming invoices to preparing and processing outgoing invoices.
- We act as the point of contact for the accountant and provide support with analytical accounting.
- We manage the personal mobility budget and media budget for all Nodians and place orders when needed (for example with the external IT supplier).
- We document internal processes and procedures in Confluence.
HR support that energises
Every new Nodian receives a warm, structured onboarding. And those who move on, do so just as smoothly. In between, we handle leave registration and payroll administration, and Unikoo is the go-to contact for all HR-related questions. Nodis can also count on Unikoo for planning internal meetings, training sessions and events. One example is the monthly collaboration day, where the entire team gathers at an inspiring location for a day of working together, connecting and learning. Unikoo takes care of everything: the venue, the lunch, the external training sessions, ... , so the team can focus on what matters.
A real-world example
A concrete example where all of these tasks come together: Unikoo supported Nodis Consulting in renewing its car policy. The organisation switched to electric company cars, complete with charging stations and charging cards. We ordered the cars and their accompanying charging infrastructure, wrote the internal procedures and updated the onboarding and offboarding processes accordingly.
The Nodians confirm the value of our services. In the annual internal survey, Nodis reported a satisfaction score of 85% for internal operations. That's what we do it for!
