DOX Group

With more than 35 years of experience, DOX Group is a leading company specialized in total acoustic solutions. DOX Group specializes in providing carefully defined acoustic solutions in the B2B sector. Their expertise translates into a number of different brands. On one hand DOX Acoustics, where improving acoustics for a healthy indoor climate in living spaces is central. On the other hand, they combat the sound impact of industrial sites or motorways, for example, with all kinds of smart enclosures and walls with their Noise Control division.

The Project

A modern rebrand, that's what DOX Group had in mind when they launched their renewed websites in the summer of 2021. However, that launch brought a significant drop in organic search traffic with them. In addition, the company wanted to focus on advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and Google and look for someone to support daily marketing. Business managers Thomas and Walter sought and found the necessary support at Unikoo.

Our marketing team immediately got to work on Thomas and Walter's question. We took care of DOX in terms of:

Day-to-day marketing

  • Social media management
  • Website content management (References, new products, images,...)
  • Long copy for own and partner websites
  • Coordination of events such as the well-known Architect @Work
  • Creation of visually appealing sales material such as presentations, brochures, etc. in collaboration with our graphic designer

Strategic and digital marketing

  • SEO optimization: keyword analysis, SEO audit, content optimization,...
  • Advertising campaigns combined with the development of various lead funnels on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin) and Google.
  • Campaign monitoring, tracking and reporting using Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio
  • Analyses using tools such as Hotjar to fully optimize the website

A marketing strategy that makes noise in the right way

In the short term, a great deal of effort was made to bring DOX's websites back on top of the search engines. The number of visitors to the DOX Acoustics and DOX Noise Control websites quickly increased significantly. This is evident from very positive figures:

  • In 6 months, the DOX Acoustics website received no less than 64% more visitors, without sacrificing quality.
  • The number of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) that converted to SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) also increased by 72% over the same time.
  • These leads came in at a CPC (Cost Per Click) that was around 27% lower than before.
  • We increased the number of micro-conversions (downloads, clicks in email,...) by 48% by focusing on the most performing target groups and investing extra on conversion points
