As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with the development team to develop visually appealing and user-friendly digital products for our clients.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with clients to properly identify their needs, requirements and objectives. You will do this by supervising workshops and engaging with all necessary stakeholders.
• Research and analyse user behaviour to gain more insights into user preferences and expectations.
• Designing visual elements (icons, images, typography,…) that match the client's corporate identity.
• Creating an intuitive user interface with a graphical look.
• Testing designs for usability, accessibility and overall user experience.
• Creating style guides to ensure consistency across all interfaces and applications.

Are you convinced that you can fill this role perfectly? Our ideal UI/UX designer has the following skills and expertise:

• Master or bachelor degree in graphic design or the equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience as a UI/UX designer in which you also have experience with user research, interviews, testings, etc.
• Very thorough knowledge and expertise of UI/UX design principles, and methodologies
• Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and who can also think creatively out of the box
• Strong communication skills - both internally and externally - in which you can clearly communicate your insights to others
• Solid experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, as well as knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience within a consultancy environment is a plus
