Your Challenge

To further build our service line ‘talent management and recruitment’, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality that is able to create trust, take up HR/Talent Management roles at customers and further grow our talent/recruitment team. In other words: an extensive and varied position where you can fully use your entrepreneurial talent!

Here are some of your responsibilities:

  • P&L of the ‘talent management and recruitment’ service line.
  • Take up roles at customers:
    • Setup and manage talent processes: recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance & feedback, leadership & culture, employer branding, HR administration, etc.
    • Recruitment
    • Advise upon the use of HR Technology
  • Responsible for the followup of projects & assignments within the HR services team.
  • Build, coach and support the ‘talent management and recruitment’ team.
  • Detect market opportunities; build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Networking.
  • Contribute to the further development and professionalization of Unikoo as an organisation.

The perfect match?

Our ideal ‘talent management and recruitment’ teamleader?

  • Preferably a master degree
  • At least 6 years of experience Talent Management, preferably in a consultancy environment.
  • Up-to-date with HR Tech trends
  • Experience in a leadership and/or commercial role is a plus, but the skills & ambition to grow in that role as a next career step is perfectly fine !
  • Able to both think strategically and act hands-on
  • Lots of energy to build the team and further grow our offering
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
